- Siapkan minyak sekitar 4cm (setinggi ayam fillet itu tenggelam) di frypan, lalu tunggu hingga 180℃ (coba masukkan tusuk sate atau sumpit, nempel gelembung gak? kalau iya, udah pas 180℃)..
- Masukkan ayam fillet no.4, goreng sekitar 5 menit hingga kecoklatan. Sisihkan, chicken katsu sudah siap! (boleh dipotong-potong biar gampang makannya nanti, tapi tunggu dingin yaa).
- Siapkan frypan baru. Masukkan air, hondashi, shoyu dan gula. Masukkan juga bawang bombay, tunggu sampai mendidih..
