  1. Siapkan 150 gram : kwetiau kering.
  2. Siapkan 3 siung : bawang putih, cincang halus.

  1. Rebus kwetiau kering sebentar saja sampai agak lunak, tiriskan dan sisihkan.
  2. Panaskan wajan. Tuang minyak. Tumis bawang putih dan cabe iris sampai wangi lalu masukkan ebi yg sudah dimemarkan, aduk rata, sisihkan di tepi wajan.
  3. Tambahkan sedikit minyak, orak-arik telur, lalu masukkan kwetiau.
