  1. Kupas kentang, potong-potong dadu, lalu goreng hingga agak matang (kulit agak ada coklatnya sedikit, jangan sampai kering), angkat, lalu selagi panas haluskan/tumbuk dengan ulekan atau potato smasher.

  6. Kocok 1 butir telur, beri sejumput garam.
  7. Celup perkedel ke dalam telur, goreng dengan api kecil-sedang. Sajikan..
